By accessing codeyart.in, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. CodeYart is a specialized unit of MJ Technologies.
We provide Mobile App Development, Website Development, AI Solutions, and UI/UX Design. All project scopes, timelines, and costs will be finalized via a separate Service Agreement before work begins.
Unless otherwise agreed, CodeYart/MJ Technologies retains ownership of the source code until the final payment is cleared. Once fully paid, the ownership is transferred to the client.
Payments must be made according to the milestones defined in the project quote. Delays in payment may result in project suspension.
CodeYart is not liable for any business loss, data loss, or indirect damages caused by third-party services (hosting, APIs, etc.) used in the project.
